Poetry Expo 25 / 3 March 2025

Thank You for an Unforgettable Poetry Expo 2025

Poetry Expo 25

As the virtual curtains close on Poetry Expo 2025, we at Versopolis extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this year’s edition an extraordinary celebration of poetry, dialogue, and creative exchange. Building upon the success of our previous digital fairs, this year’s Expo has once again showcased the transformative power of poetry in addressing some of the most pressing global challenges of our time.

Under the unifying theme ‘Igniting Change, One Verse at a Time’, Poetry Expo 2025 explored six pivotal themes that highlight poetry’s unique ability to foster empathy, inspire action and create meaningful connections:

1) Re-imagining Identity through Poetry

2) The Ecology of Language – Poetry and Environmental Action

3) Technopoetics – AI, Digital Media, and the Future of Creativity

4) Healing Narratives – Poetry, Mental Health, and Collective Trauma

5) Cultural Resilience – Literature as a Force for Social Justice

6) Poetry and the Digital Commons – New Platforms, New Audiences

Through these lenses, we have witnessed how poetry transcends borders and disciplines, offering new perspectives and fresh approaches to understanding our world.

We are immensely grateful to the more than 190 organizations and individuals from across the globe who contributed their innovative projects, visionary insights and poetic voices to this collective endeavour:
