Eleanor Rees

Eleanor Rees was born in Birkenhead, Merseyside in 1978. Selections of her poems have been translated into Lithuanian, Slovak, French, German, Romanian and Spanish (Versopolis, 2016, 2019, 2024). Eleanor wrote her PhD at the University of Exeter, entitled Making Connections: The Work of the Local Poet, and is now senior lecturer in Creative Writing at Liverpool Hope University. She lives on the Wirral peninsula, UK.
