POETAS

POETAS has been based in La Casa Encendida since 2024, in a collaboration that both parties hope will be sustained over time. In addition to the #Réquiem, in 2024 we had a program of national and international artists, on Friday 22, and Saturday 23 November 2024.

A carefully curated program with four intimate poetry readings, two video poetry sessions, three musical performances, two stage pieces created specifically for POETAS, and a final daily dance session with classical music.

A festival made possible thanks to the support of the Montemadrid Foundation, the Ministry of Culture of Spain, the Madrid City Council, the Community of Madrid, Europa Creativa, and the Ramon Llull Institute.
