Woman, herself, wild, naked

Poetry Expo 2026

Woman, herself, wild, naked. is a video poetry project dedicated to women in all their manifestations: joy and playfulness, passion and seduction, laughter and the will to live, as well as pain, sadness, anger, rejection, and vulnerability.

The poems engage with the myth of the first woman, Lilith, created before Eve and equal to man — while also reflecting on women today, seen through the author’s gaze and experienced here and now. Time itself is personified through feminine presence, dressing in skirts, lipstick, and sandals, shaped by lived experience.

The project presents two poems from the poetry collection LILITH, interpreted by the author through short films. The video GENESIS explores death and rebirth as poetic processes, affirming that transformation requires an ending. The video LILITH embodies the primal voice of a woman’s desire for equality and love.

Together, the works affirm dignity, equality, and the fundamental right of all people to be loved as equal partners.

The project is part of the subtheme The Poetics of Care – Intimacy, Tenderness, Repair.
