This is a recording of a reading by the Berlin-based poet Mikael Vogel, who read at the Cork International Poetry Festival on 17th May 2024 alongside fellow Versopolis poet Mererid Hopwood. He read from a chapbook produced for his visit by Southword Editions, the publishing imprint of the Munster Literature Centre (who produces the festival). This book of his work translated from German to English and Irish was made available for free to all members in the audience.
The project is part of the subtheme The Ecology of Language - Poetry and Environmental Action.
