This project explores the shift in identity following a separation, viewed through the deeply introspective and raw lens of a 20-something’s critical healing diaries. Through personal narratives, reflections, and emotional revelations, the work delves into the complexities of self-discovery, growth, and resilience in the aftermath of change. It serves as both a personal archive and a universal exploration of healing, transformation, and the search for a new sense of self.
