This poem delves into the inner turmoil of anxiety, exploring its suffocating grip and the complex emotions it fosters. It portrays the longing for connection, the weight of love as both a burden and a gift, and the relentless battle to find solace within oneself. A poignant reflection on the chaos of the mind and the human desire to feel alive.
The project is part of the subtheme Healing Narratives - Poetry, Mental Health and Collective Trauma.
