Poetry from a Lockdown

Join these young people as they respond genuinely to the issues they face in lockdown, bravely continuing to write and support each other remotely. Ledbury Poetry Festival's Community Programme has supported these young people for a number of years through supported workshops, performances and performance techniques, with practitioner Toni Cook. The group would have performed at the 2020 Ledbury Poetry Festival, at the Being Heard event, and instead have created this video as a digi-performance. Thanks go to Rich Hankins, film editor, Arts Council England, the Garfield Weston Foundation, and the Robert Gavron Charitable Trust.
