Brave New Literatures Festival
A collage of 30 women poets from China reading their poems in their native tongues, with English subtitles, from Zheng Min (1920-2022), last of the legendary Nine Leaves, to young Tibetan poet Tenzin Pelmo (b 2000), including many underrepresented poets and “ethnic minorities” hardly known outside or even inside China.
