Dalibor Plečić

holds an MA degree in philology from the Department of World and Comparative Literature with the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. He is a book reviewer for Booksa and Beton literary magazines from Zagreb, Croatia, and Belgrade, Serbia respectively, as well as an author of texts about city architecture and planning for Hype and Hyper magazine from Budapest, Hungary. His texts are predominantly concerned with post-Yugoslav literature and films.

Plečić has to date authored one novel (with a second one currently in preparation), as well as a collection of short stories and essays on science fiction in literature. Aside from writing prose, he has been writing and performing performance poetry at several European poetry festivals. Plečić has also been translating prose from and into a number of different languages, with his portfolio including his authorship of texts for a number of comics and film screenplay. Recently, he was also an Artist in Residence at Quartier 21, Museum Quartier in Vienna.
