Music Coalition For Ukraine
Music Coalition For Ukraine is a collective initiative formed by creative practitioners with Ukrainian roots, dedicated to the promotion of the Ukrainian language, poetry, and song through contemporary artistic expression.
The project is led by an anonymous author educated in Lviv, Ukraine, where he earned a BSc degree (1991) and an MA in Journalism (2001). Since the early 1990s, he has worked extensively as a journalist across print, radio, and television, contributing to newspapers in the fields of literature, music, and film, producing music programmes for radio, and working in television communications.
Over the course of his career, he has published thousands of articles, interviews, and poems in newspapers, magazines, radio broadcasts, and literary almanacs. His professional background also includes work in advertising, serving as executive editor of a glossy lifestyle magazine, and running a marketing research company.
Today, alongside international export–import work involving dozens of countries, he translates science-fiction literature from English into Ukrainian. Through Music Coalition For Ukraine, his long-standing engagement with language, media, and culture takes collective artistic form.
