Cardiff Metropolitan University offers Creative Writing degree programmes at the undergraduate level (single and joint honours) as well as the postgraduate level (MA and PhD). All courses provide students with the skills they need to become practicing writers. Students will learn how to write poems, stories, script, long form fiction and creative non-fiction; sharpen and develop their creative skills through textual analysis, class discussions and peer-to-peer workshopping; and underpin their own work with relevant, contemporary theories.
