Four poets, different generations, different voices. Reading selected works and discussing matters of poetry - its forms, purpose and relation to life. Recorded in a secluded environment of Writers’ House, poets read the texts about their concerns, friends, hopes and rage – everything that happens out in the world and transfers into their poetry. Mixed with idyllic sounds of winter birdsong, the video creates a momentary lapse of beauty in contrast with the sounds of poetry.
