DEATH OF AN UNKNOWN PERSON
A faded photograph,
in which in one row there are: one child,
two middle-aged men and one elder,
a wrinkled grandma
and a young woman with one child in her arms while pressed to another.
Tired with everyday responsibilities, aging bodies
covered with holiday garments,
at a bleach scented finger a bridal ring,
huge buns on children's heads,
worn garments fastened neatly,
combed hair and cut sideburns.
I do not recognize anybody at this photo,
nose of any one of them looks similar to mine.
Life — it is their joint agreement
to stand together in front of a camera.
Death — it is the existence of this photo in my private photo album.
